Reporting a problem with a file
Because your documents never reach us, we cannot look at the file that failed. To help us reproduce the problem, please tell us:
- Which tool you used and what options you chose
- Your browser and device (for example: Chrome on Windows 11)
- The approximate size and page count of the file
- The exact error message shown on screen
Please do not email us your document unless we ask for it and you are happy for us to see it.
